Youth Sports are very competitive and talent alone will not guarantee success. Certain young athletes are willing to work harder than others to achieve their fitness goals and maximize their potential in Athleticism. However, the will to work hard has to be accompanied with the right coaching method and strategy. This is the reason why Complete Athlete Performance Training Institute, CAPT, was founded. We aim to help athletes and teams with physiological pssessments and a performance training program that matches their needs based on their areas of improvement. At CAPT institute we provide the athletes the specialized training, the mental toughness, the right training load, periodization, nutrition needs, injury prevention tools and return to play strategies.
At CAPT we’ll provide the training and skills specific to the athlete’s sport and will monitor their progress, mental toughness building and helping them to navigate through the academic and college recruiting process. Our compromise is to make athletes stand out and maximize their potential, while receiving great mentoring and guidance.
