One of the most respected coaches in Tampa Bay, Eddie is experienced managing all aspects of club operations, with an emphasis on developing the competitive teams programs. He currently holds the US Soccer “C” License, Brazilian level 2 & 3. As a youth international, Eddie represented Nigeria, being part of a team that won a U17 FIFA World Cup. He played collegiately at New Hampshire College, and subsequently played at the professional level in Europe with West Ham United (UK), Colchester United FC (UK), Leyton Orient FC (UK), Barnet FC (UK), Barkingside FC (UK), and SS Lazio (Italy).
Eddie has over 23 years of experience managing clubs, being coaching director and head coach with clubs such as the Wesley Chapel Flames, Central Pasco United/Greater Tampa Bay FC, RSL Florida, Tampa Knights, Countryside Youth Soccer Association and Tarpon Springs FC. He has taken teams to State Final Four appearances, numerous teams to FYSA State Cup success and coached teams in the elite Southern Regional Premier League.
Eddie has also earned Bachelor of science in Computer Information Systems and MBA from Southern New Hampshire University as well as a Master Of science in Administration Of Justice & Security from the University of Phoenix. His greatest success has been helping thousands of kids through his career to learn and enjoy the game of soccer.

ABDEL “DULY” SEBTI
Abdel Sebti has a passion for Performance Training and Strength and Conditioning. He obtained a Masters’ degree in Exercise Science majoring in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention. He also acquired extensive knowledge of strength and conditioning observing and learning from prestigious and respected coaches like ex-NFL quarterback coach Tom Shaw, Atlanta Braves Baseball player’s rehab coach Troy Jones, and from Brooks Johnson, the US Olympic Track and Field coach from 2002 to 2014.
Most recently, he worked for two years, 2016-17, for the exercise Science Department of the Orlando City professional soccer team as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for the first team and Academy teams. There he gained substantial sports science knowledge from working very close to high profile professional MLS soccer players including Kaka, Kevin Molino and Nocerino.
Abdel Sebti assisted the Head Strength coach in executing, monitoring and programming the training load and physical assessments (pre-season and in-season) of the first team, including the monthly & weekly periodized on-field & gym training program. He also assisted with the strength/power sessions, warm-ups and cool-downs, mobility/stability sessions of the Academy teams, as well as creating corrective exercises for rehab athletes and assisting with return to play field strategies.
He helped and impacted the development of many Orlando City Academy players including the former US U17 National soccer team midfielder, and current Orlando City B team player Jordan Bender.

A former high school soccer star and experienced entrepreneur, Carlos has utilized his athletic and financial triumphs and failures to serve as examples for young athletes. His candidness has allowed him to be a great mentor to some of the best athletes in the Wesley Chapel area, leading some to receive athletic and academic scholarships as well as to be recognized nationally as All American and State Player of the Year. His honest, open and direct approach has opened the doors to being trusted by hundreds of kids that lovingly call him “Papa Carlos”.
With over 25 years of owning and leading businesses in Puerto Rico, Spain, United States and The Netherlands, he has managed private equity owned properties with over 400 employees across 10 States. He has been in multiple board of directors, including the boards of 21 and Change and Tampa City Ballet, in which he currently serves. He has been part of extremely successful ventures such as collaborating for over 10 years in the marketing of international stars Ricky Martin, Shakira and Mana and involved in multimillion dollar contracts with companies such as Coca Cola, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), Starbucks, Sears and Pepsico.
Carlos guides our athletes in the analysis of decision making, academic advice, college choices, recruitment, scholarships, priorities, time management, planning, scheduling, but most importantly, he teaches values, respect, politeness, inclusion and many other “small details” that will help our athletes become well rounded citizens.
